GRWA’s eco team is delineating a 300-acre site with multiple water resources. This site has many agricultural drainage ways that have not been maintained and natural tributaries that are regulated by the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). The challenge is determining the difference based on federal definitions and informing our clients.
